Label for a limited edition number of red wine bottles. Named after the wine maker’s grandmother who owned the small vineyard. “Erofili” is the most famous tragedy of Cretan theater, written around 1600 in Rethymno in Crete, then a Venetian colony. The illustration was inspired by one of Yiannis Tsarouchi’s drawings that firstly depict the character. The face characteristics of Erofili’s face, form the shape of the label and custom greek lettering was created for the wine’s name.
